****Processing time for custom orders is 7 -10 days, could be shorter depending on my work load. Please allow an ADDITIONAL 3-5 days for delivery once item is shipped. Items are shipped First Class Mail 2-5 Day.  Please plan accordingly when purchasing so that you receive your items in time. Refunds will NOT be given on custom orders for not acknowledging the turn around time. 

All items are shipped via the USPS, first class mail, INSURED to protect against loss, damage, or theft.

I am not responsible for lost shipments due to an incorrect address.  I am also not responsible for shipments with a "delivered" tracking status.  Meaning, if it states that it was delivered and you don't find it in your mailbox, you will need to contact your local USPS.

I have many designs to choose from, too many to list.  Some of the more popular are nautical desgins, princess, animals, trucks and flowers. Make a note in the Notes to Seller section, what type of design you would like.  If you wish, I can email you a proof of the design.  Also note the Child's name to be embroidered and thread color you would like (I have tons).
