Please note that once your order is submitted, changes or cancellations can not be made so please be sure to double check your order before submitting.

 

Due to the nature of the monogrammed / personalized products, we will not accept any returns or exchanges, unless there is an error on the stores part. If we made an error with your order, we will gladly send you the corrected item after we receive the incorrect item back.

In the event that your return is needed, products must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear to be worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, pet odors, etc. will not be accepted.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days to let us know of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, you will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. Please include a photo of the damage or defect.

Shipping upgrades are available for an additional fee. If you need to upgrade your shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

All Domestic/United States orders are shipped via USPS Mail. No International shipping at this time.

 

A tracking number and estimated arrival date will be provided.  Please be aware that once your package is submitted to USPS, we are not responsible for shipping times and lost or damaged products. If you have any issue with your delivery or package, please contact your local Post Office.

Please allow 5-7 days for your items to arrive once shipped, unless you purchase a shipping upgrade.
